Molöf Bygg AB is looking for a dedicated estimator who wants to work with larger and more complex construction estimates. The role is central in the organization and involves responsibility for estimation work in close collaboration with project managers and project directors. You will be based at our office in central Stockholm.

As an estimator at Molöf, you will work closely with estimation tasks throughout the entire project process, not just during the bidding phase. The projects are varied and include everything from renovation projects to more complex installation contracts.

Main responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for estimates throughout the entire project process
• Close collaboration with project managers and project directors
• Participation in site visits prior to estimation and bidding work
• Involvement in purchasing and follow-up
• Handling and understanding of quality, environment, and work environment (KMA) tasks

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in estimation work
• Has a good production understanding of construction processes
• Has a technical education in construction, preferably post-secondary, and/or equivalent work experience
• Is familiar with estimation programs and tools (experience with Vikels is a plus)
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license
